Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Danvers, MA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations—purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food to exact recipes and procedures. You will supervise BOH staff, enforce safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and ticket times, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Managing performance of Back of House employees, including coaching and evaluations.
• Training staff on equipment maintenance, cleaning procedures, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Managing back-of-house scheduling, shift hours, and task assignments.
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
