Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per recipes and procedures.

The role requires enforcing policies, ensuring cleanliness and guest safety, and directing kitchen productivity to maintain timely ticket times. You will manage BOH staff performance, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and participate in hiring decisions.
