Qualifications

• Supervising and overseeing production/preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Managing Back of House staff including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Developing key employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conducting Taste & Temp checks for inventory safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage Back of House staff including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.

• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory safety and quality.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items in the kitchen.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Manage food costs, waste tracking, and kitchen labor costs.
• Assign shifts and tasks for Back of House staff before, during, and after opening hours.
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
