Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per recipes and procedures.

You will supervise production, enforce policies, manage staffing, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include cost control, inventory management, scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development.

• Supervising production and preparation of food per established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing employment policies and maintaining cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Managing performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline of Back of House staff
• Providing daily feedback and developing key employees
• Conducting Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
• Overseeing proper handling, storage, and safety procedures for all items
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Directing work schedules and task assignments for Back of House
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Reviewing applications and hiring or recommending hires
• Creating a safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
