Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You help ensure quality, safety, and a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and equipment is maintained.
Maintain safety procedures to prevent injuries.
Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory documentation.
