Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle policies and procedures while performing core Kitchen Leader duties.
• Cook and prep food to order ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve food quality issues.
• Support team dynamics between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained; ensure equipment is in good repair.
