Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and mentor Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will manage kitchen operations, training, and teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked spaces, while keeping equipment in good repair and safety top of mind. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures to ensure food quality.
• Cook and prep food to order; monitor quality and waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers for great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and equipment well-maintained.
