Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, maintain high quality and safety standards, and train Crew toward future Kitchen Leaders. You will lead by example, ensuring efficient service and positive guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, equipment upkeep, and MSDS/FIFO practices as part of daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
