You will ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and well-maintained, and serve as a role model for Crew members while promoting teamwork and a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order while following kitchen procedures (FIFO).
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized; ensure equipment is in good repair.
• Ensure kitchen safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries; complete MSDS and FIFO tasks.
