Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, train team members, and ensure food quality and safety. You will manage prep, cooking to order, and keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and compliant with standards.

You will mentor Crew toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders while supporting a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and teamwork across back- and front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and work with diverse team.
