Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious, high-quality meals. You will order ingredients and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, emphasizing teamwork and a great customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you will keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe, supervise equipment maintenance, and model leadership to Crew members while meeting station goals and supporting the team throughout

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Mansioni

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the kitchen.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork and provide excellent customer service and throughput.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO procedures are followed.
