Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, and serve as a role model for Crew members, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience. The Kitchen Leader will help maintain equipment, ensure safety, and support FIFO and MSDS processes, contributing to smooth operations

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back- and front-of-house team dynamic.
