Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

• Ability to speak the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines and prevent injuries or accidents in the kitchen.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory processes.
• Assist with training and mentoring other team members.
