Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Ensure food quality and safety, keep kitchen clean and stocked.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation; reduce waste and inventory issues.
• Support onboarding and development of Crew members to leaders.
