Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grilling, and sautéing, while training crew to become future leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen and maintain equipment in good condition.

As a role model, you will promote teamwork and a great customer experience, staying busy with tasks, meeting station goals, and supporting colleagues across back- and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor waste and inventory and resolve issues.
• Lead and develop Crew toward Kitchen Leader roles.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functional.
