Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in the United States to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious quality, safety, and organized kitchens. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will foster teamwork, monitor inventory, maintain equipment, and uphold food-safety standards while supporting a dynamic, hands-on kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
