Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, and maintain equipment in good condition.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to promote teamwork and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste.
• Support a cohesive team between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs are addressed promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as needed.
