Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Westford, MA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grilling, and sautéing, while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure delicious food, proper stocking, and a clean, safe kitchen to uphold Chipotle’s standards. You will promote teamwork, support a positive guest experience, and contribute to maintaining high food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste and inventory levels and resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Lead and mentor Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen safety by enforcing guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
