Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling, and sautéing to deliver delicious meals. You will order supplies, train teammates, and ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and organization.

You will help maintain product quality, supervise Crew, and model teamwork while contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Chipotle's policies and procedures and perform principal responsibilities.
• Cook and prep food to order to ensure quality.
• Monitor inventory and food waste, address quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
