Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring our standards remain exceptional.

You will train Crew members, uphold safety, cleanliness, and inventory control, and model teamwork to deliver a great guest experience. This full-time role offers growth within a culture committed to quality and community in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back- and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory documentation.
