Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, addressing any quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained, and ensure equipment is in good repair.
