Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to train Crew, manage kitchen operations, and ensure food quality and safety. You will learn to grill meats, sauté vegetables, and order supplies while serving as a role model for Crew members.

You will promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience, mentoring Crew toward future Kitchen Leaders, and supporting a clean, stocked, and compliant kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
