You’ll oversee food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and equipment maintenance while modeling teamwork and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

The role emphasizes staff development, efficient kitchen operations, and proactive problem solving to keep service smooth and enjoyable for guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong Crew team dynamic between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired promptly.
• Prevent injuries by upholding kitchen guidelines.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
