Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader in West Springfield, MA. You will ensure safe, high-quality food and friendly service while training crew and maintaining an organized line. The role requires hands-on leadership, crew development, and adherence to food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Basic cash handling knowledge and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with working equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support scheduling, breaks, and line shift changes; help with admin duties as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
