Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn preparation, grilling, and sauteing techniques while ensuring delicious, safe food and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. You will order food, train others, and promote teamwork to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will guide Crew members, maintain equipment, and model Chipotle’s standards as you help the team meet station goals and safety guidelines. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.
