Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling, and sautéing to ensure delicious meals. You will train Crew members and help them grow into future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and providing strong customer service.

As a Kitchen Leader, you guide daily operations, ensure inventory and equipment are well managed, and model teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures and ensure food is cooked to order.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; resolve issues promptly.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
