Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to teach and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help maintain quality, safety, and a clean, organized kitchen, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You will lead by example, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and contribute to a high-performing crew that supports swift, friendly service in a fast-casual environment.

Qualifications

• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle policies and procedures, lead food preparation to order and ensure kitchen procedures are followed.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolving quality issues.
• Support team dynamics between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
