Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and manage food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while ensuring delicious, safe food. You will order supplies and train Crew members to grow into future Kitchen Leaders.

You will promote teamwork, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and drive throughputs by coaching back-of-house and front-of-house teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities
