Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ensuring delicious, safe, and high-quality meals. You will also order food and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. The role requires leading by example and staying active on the floor.

Qualifications

• Teamwork is essential for coordinating back of house and front of house crews.
• Strong communication helps ensure great customer service and throughput.
• Food preparation and order cooking to standard.
• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Cook and prep food to order to ensure quality.
• Monitor waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between Crew roles.
