Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, while ensuring quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Kitchen Leader will guide Crew and promote a positive work environment, with hands-on tasks and a focus on sustaining kitchen operations and throughput

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and monitor inventory.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
