Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality and safety, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support a collaborative team environment to deliver a great guest experience.

You will lead by example, work on the line, and help Crew meet station goals while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and proper sanitation.
• Monitor inventory and waste, stock as needed.
• Mentor and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained.
