Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare high-quality food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future leaders. You’ll ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, stocking, and proper equipment maintenance, serving as a role model and promoting teamwork for a great guest experience.

You will lead by example, develop Crew into Kitchen Leaders, and communicate with teammates and customers to ensure throughput and a great guest

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Restaurant experience and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication with Crew and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and inventory levels.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment upkeep.
