Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to champion food quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a busy restaurant setting. You’ll help ensure food quality, cleanliness, ample inventory, and safe equipment operation, while modeling Chipotle’s Food With Integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following Chipotle procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory to ensure safe, delicious meals.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders and support strong teamwork.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen and equipment in good repair.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and MSDS/FIFO practices.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
