Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead the preparation of great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food, train others to become Kitchen Leaders, and ensure food is delicious and safe.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clean and well-stocked kitchens, and maintaining equipment in good condition. You will mentor Crew members, promote a great customer experience, and work toward station goals while supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
