Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You’ll order ingredients and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes food quality, safety, and keeping the kitchen clean and stocked. You will support back-of-house and front-of-house teams while meeting station goals and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required or preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and food waste; assist with quality control.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, stocked, and equipment well maintained.
• Maintain safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
