Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to ensure delicious, safe meals. You will order food, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold Chipotle’s standards of quality and teamwork.

You will help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, and you will be a role model for Crew members while promoting a great customer experience and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to mentor Crew and develop future Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and equipment.
• Lead and develop Crew members and promote teamwork.
