Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to ensure delicious, safe meals. You’ll order food, train Crew to become Kitchen Leaders, and promote teamwork for a standout customer experience.

You will help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and in good repair, monitor waste, and support a positive, fast-paced work environment with strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support Crew members.
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Cook and prep food to order and monitor inventory.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and support team dynamics.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
