Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and supervise food quality and safety. You will order food, train Crew for future leadership, and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen while modeling teamwork and excellent service.

You will promote Chipotle’s standards, coach teammates, and ensure safe operations. Prior kitchen experience is valued, with opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on delivering a great guest experience.

• Speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
