Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure food is delicious, order supplies, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, safety, inventory control, and on-the-job coaching. You will model Chipotle’s standards and contribute to a great guest experience.

Qualificações

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized and well stocked.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory tasks.
