Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues promptly.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.

• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure excellent service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
