Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute high-quality food preparation, manage cooking and grilling, and train future Kitchen Leaders while keeping a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. You will lead by example, promote teamwork, and ensure outstanding customer service throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supervising food safety, and supporting both back- and front-of-house teams to meet restaurant goals and deliver a great guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, address issues.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate clearly with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO processes are followed and safety guidelines met.
