Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Andover, MN is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is clean and sanitized.
