Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in the United States. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen with properly maintained equipment.

You will promote teamwork, support a strong Crew dynamic, and focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and active involvement in daily operations.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to promote great customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality, monitor inventory and waste, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth operations.
• Mentor Crew members and develop them into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure excellent service and throughput.
