Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling, and sautéing. You will order supplies, train others to become Kitchen Leaders, and ensure a clean, well-stocked kitchen with safe equipment.

As a role model, you will promote teamwork, maintain quality, and drive a great customer experience while meeting station goals and supporting the crew.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required to understand kitchen operations.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
