Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure quality, safety, and stock levels while promoting teamwork and a great guest experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you will lead by example, mentor Crew members, and maintain efficient kitchen operations, contributing to a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers.
• Keep equipment in good repair and report malfunctions.
