Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen and act as a role model to Crew members for teamwork and customer service excellence.

The role involves hands-on cooking, inventory monitoring, equipment upkeep, and supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred or required.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order while ensuring quality and safety.
• Cook and prep food; monitor waste and inventory levels.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders of the future.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Foster teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
