Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory; address issues promptly.
• Support and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and properly stocked; equipment maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes.
• Provide strong teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
