Responsibilities include cooking to order, maintaining inventory, coaching staff, and upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and fast, tasty service.

Qualificações

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and safe.
• Monitor equipment and ensure repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
