Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Purcellville, VA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders while ensuring food quality and safety.

The role keeps you busy on your feet, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support staff in meeting goals.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
