Job summary

Qualifications

• Have restaurant experience.
• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle policies and procedures while performing duties.
• Cook and prep food to order and follow kitchen procedures to ensure food quality.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory procedures.
